Terms and Conditions

These Terms And Conditions ("agreement") Govern The Provision Of Packing And Moving Services ("services") By [packers And Movers Company] ("company") To Its Customers ("customer"). By Engaging The Company's Services, The Customer Agrees To Abide By The Terms And Conditions Stated Herein:

Scope Of Services:
A. The Company Shall Provide Packing, Loading, Transportation, Unloading, And Unpacking Services As Per The Customer's Requirements.
B. The Company May Also Offer Additional Services Such As Storage, Insurance, And Specialized Handling Upon The Customer's Request And Agreement To The Associated Charges.

Quotation And Payment:
A. The Company Shall Provide A Detailed Quotation To The Customer Based On The Estimated Volume, Distance, And Additional Services Required.
B. The Customer Shall Make The Payment As Per The Agreed Terms And Schedule Mentioned In The Quotation.
C. Any Additional Services Requested By The Customer During The Moving Process Shall Be Charged Separately.

 

Customer's Responsibilities:
A. The Customer Shall Provide Accurate And Complete Information Regarding The Items To Be Moved, Including Any Fragile Or Valuable Possessions.
B. The Customer Shall Ensure That All Necessary Permissions, Clearances, And Documents Required For The Move Are Obtained In A Timely Manner.
C. The Customer Shall Ensure The Availability Of A Representative During The Packing, Loading, And Unloading Processes To Provide Necessary

 

Guidance And Supervision.

Company's Responsibilities:
A. The Company Shall Exercise Reasonable Care And Diligence In Providing The Services.
B. The Company Shall Pack And Transport The Customer's Belongings In A Secure And Professional Manner, Minimizing The Risk Of Damage Or Loss.
C. In The Event Of Any Damage Or Loss Caused By The Company's Negligence, The Customer Shall Be Entitled To File A Claim As Per The Insurance Policy (if Applicable) Or Seek Compensation Within The Limitations Mentioned In Clause 7.

 

Insurance:
A. The Company May Offer Insurance Coverage For The Customer's Belongings During The Move, Subject To The Terms And Conditions Of The Insurance Policy.
B. The Customer Is Responsible For Reviewing The Insurance Coverage And Determining Its Adequacy For Their Specific Requirements.
C. The Company's Liability For Any Damage Or Loss Shall Not Exceed The Insured Value Of The Items Or The Actual Cost Of Repair/replacement,

 

Whichever Is Lower.

Delays And Force Majeure:
A. The Company Shall Make Reasonable Efforts To Complete The Move Within The Agreed Timeframe. However, Unforeseen Circumstances Or Events Beyond The Company's Control May Cause Delays.
B. In The Event Of A Delay Due To Force Majeure (e.g., Natural Disasters, Strikes, Government Regulations), The Company Shall Not Be Held Liable For Any Resulting Inconvenience Or Damages.

 

Limitation Of Liability:
A. The Company Shall Not Be Liable For Any Loss, Damage, Or Delay Caused By The Customer's Acts, Omissions, Or Non-compliance With The Agreement.
B. The Company Shall Not Be Responsible For Any Damage To Items That Are Not Packed Or Unpacked By Its Employees, Unless It Can Be Proven That The Damage Was Caused Due To The Company's Negligence.

 

Dispute Resolution:
A. Any Disputes Arising Out Of Or Relating To This Agreement Shall Be Resolved Amicably Through Negotiations Between The Parties.
B. If The Parties Are Unable To Reach A Mutually Acceptable Resolution, The Dispute Shall Be Referred To Arbitration In Accordance With The Laws Of The Jurisdiction Where The Company Is Based.

 

Termination:
A. Either Party May Terminate This Agreement By Providing Written Notice To The Other Party In Case Of A Material Breach That Remains Unremedied Within A Specified Period.
B. The Company Reserves The Right To Refuse Or Terminate Services Ifthe Customer Fails To Comply With The Terms And Conditions Stated Herein Or If The Company Determines That Providing The Services Would Be Unsafe Or In Violation Of Any Applicable Laws Or Regulations.

 

Confidentiality:
A. The Company And The Customer Shall Maintain The Confidentiality Of Any Sensitive Information Shared During The Course Of The Engagement, Including But Not Limited To Personal Details, Financial Information, And Inventory Lists.

 

Governing Law And Jurisdiction:
A. This Agreement Shall Be Governed By And Construed In Accordance With The Laws Of The Jurisdiction Where The Company Is Based.
B. Any Legal Actions Or Proceedings Arising Out Of Or In Connection With This Agreement Shall Be Subject To The Exclusive Jurisdiction Of The Courts In The Aforementioned Jurisdiction.

This Entire Agreement ("agreement") Is Entered Into Between [Trusted-Agarwal] ("company") And The Customer ("customer") For The Provision Of Packing And Moving Services ("services"). This Agreement Supersedes All Prior Agreements, Understandings, And Representations, Whether Oral Or Written, Between The Parties.

By Engaging The Services Of The Company, The Customer Acknowledges That They Have Read, Understood, And Agreed To Abide By These Terms And Conditions.
